InfraCore® — with FiberCore Europe
Since 2021, CMSI has held a licensing partnership with FiberCore Europe for InfraCore® technology — a modular, damage-tolerant FRP structural system with 1,500+ bridges, decks, and lock gates delivered worldwide since the first FRP bridge in 1996. Led by Jan Peeters, a 40-year veteran of composite engineering, the partnership gives CMSI access to proven, validated designs rather than starting from zero.
HCB® — with Hillman Composite Beam
CMSI's partnership with HCB, led by structural engineer John Hillman, brings a patented hybrid beam system to our capability — combining FRP composites with the familiarity of concrete and steel construction. HCB is lightweight enough to erect with standard equipment, and has earned recognition from ASCE, ACMA, and Popular Science's Top 10 Inventions.
